Why Panda Studios?

Where are you located?

We adopted the digital nomad lifestyle, if there’s an opportunity to explore new territories, we’ll definitely be embarking on a new adventure. If we are not on the Go, you can find us kicking around Vancouver, BC or near a warm beach.

Do you sell on retail?

At this moment we only sell online. From time to time we do Pop-up shops or carry a limited selection of items at locations we feel are in sync with our style.

Orders

How can I pay?

Paypal is the most known payment method, we also accept major visa and master cards.

How can I track my order?

All orders have full tracking available. After you have placed your order, a notification will be emailed to you, allowing for easy and precise tracking.

Sometimes orders can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in a carrier’s tracking system, for international shipments tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates.

Do you sell Gift Cards?

We plan to have them in near future. We will make sure to let you know where can you grab yours.

Size & Fit

HOW DOES YOUR CLOTHING FIT?

Fitting is very important to us. We do our very best to provide you with in depth detail descriptions about each product we carry. Take in mind size & fit will always vary due to different factors, like fabrics used, manufacture sizing and mold shapes.

Each item it’s design differently, and sizing will also be different, for example in some cases a medium will be considered small and we will advise you to upsize one size. On other situations we will advise you to downsize if you’re looking for a snug fit. Let’s remember we all have different fashion styles, some one might like to wear a XXL T-shirt meanwhile someone else will like rather have a fitted cut. WHAT TYPE OF PRINTING PROCESS IS APPLIED?

We mostly use DTG (Direct to Garment) or Full Print (Sublimation). In some occasions we use screen printing. 

Process

Colours

We make the best effort to keep Colours as accurate as possible. We work closely with manufactures printing guidelines and color swatches to ensure colour is on point. Bare in mind colours may vary depending on individuals monitor and or mobile screen.

DO YOU MANUFACTURE IN-HOUSE?

We partner up with manufacturers that use state of the art technology and industry practices. Most of the manufacturing takes place in Canada, USA & Mexico. Depending on the product we may team up with trusted alternative manufactures we previously worked with.

On the other hand all the designs and creative development are made in House 😎.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How does it Work?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product purchase. If the product is not the right fit, you’re not filling it or changed your mind, contact us right away!

Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping both ways is the buyer’s responsibility.

No returns or exchanges will be applied for any Sale or Promotional items, including size exchange.

Damaged items

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please send us a picture of the damage item and get in touch with us within a week’s time!

Wrong size

If size didn’t fit you, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

If you’d like a different size, get in touch with us and we’ll let you know what the next steps are.

If you’re not happy , whether we made a mistake, your order never arrived, perhaps your item arrived defective or got the wrong size. Please email us right and away we’ll make things right.

WILL I BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES OR IMPORT TAXES?

We hate to say so, but most definitely yes. We know, we don’t like it either. This is usually a standard norm. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.

Customers outside US & Canada, are considered International Shipping, and may be subject for any customs and import duty based on your country. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. Also depending on the product of origin duties and taxes may apply to US & Canada customers.

Is your order lost?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the Estimated Delivery Time, please give it a few more days. Delays can happen, especially when dealing with Pandemic scenarios.

If your package gets lost in transit and the shipping address was 100% correct. Check-in with your local post office to try locating the lost order, if there are no signs of your goods, don’t you worry! We’ll ship out a new order with tracking, at our expense. Please note all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Shipping a new order will not be applicable in the case tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven’t received it yet. If you had a typo in the address, contact us right away! Couriers use postal codes and we might be able to find your order. 

If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

SHIPPING

Let’s start with Free Shipping. We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $85; make sure you select free Shipping at check out to take advantage of this valuable feature.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKES?

On average, delivery times range between 7-12 business days. Depending on your destination, you’ll see either Flat rate, Standard DDP & Expedited options at Checkout or View Cart.

We use Live Shipping Rates (carrier-calculated rates) to give you the best live shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times.

In some cases, we might not have in stock your size or colour. In that case, we’ll have to make a one-off right of the press and ship it your way; this will add 3-4 production days to the Shipping delivery time. Worry not; we work very efficiently to have your goods promptly. Remember, you can always use the calculator at Checkout or View Cart page to know the estimated delivery time.

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs are based on a variety of factors, such as weight, height and size.

For the exact cost, add to Cart, fill in your destination address, and the calculator will tell you the final breakdown and estimated delivery time of your order.

I see two Shipping options

Depending on the item, you may see a couple of shipping options or receive separate shipments; this may be due to size or weight, or perhaps not all products of your order will ship from the same destination.

Suppose you encounter this situation, go ahead and select Shipping for each item. For example, if you qualify for Free Shipping, choose free Shipping on both, Shipping & Shipping 2 (see example below)
